Worked across a broader range of product and UX initiatives at STIM, with two major modernisation efforts focused on contract and member administration. For member management, I drove discovery, requirements analysis, information modelling and interaction design within the project team, helping uncover complex business rules and define future-state concepts. As Product Owner for contract management, I led the procurement and implementation of a CLM SaaS platform, translating legal and business requirements into workable workflows, priorities and product solutions.

ASSA ABLOY ｜UX Designer

Worked on the modernization of ASSA ABLOY’s complex access control system for hotels, a hardware-connected international product supporting hotel operations and access management. I worked closely with users and stakeholders to understand hotel-specific workflows, business requirements and operational needs. In close collaboration with the Product Owner, developers and system architects, I worked with UX, requirements, interaction design, prototyping, business logic and API integrations. I also helped strengthen the UX process and ways of working, bringing more structure to how user needs were explored, translated into requirements and carried through into design and development.

Apollo ｜UX Designer

Redesigned Apollo’s travel app during a platform migration, using product data, customer feedback, competitor research and usability testing to identify key improvements across the travel journey. I translated the findings into new interaction flows and a practical mobile UI, covering areas such as trip management, flights, hotels, destination information and services. I validated the solutions through user testing, introduced Apollo’s new visual profile across the app and supported implementation with detailed specifications for development and QA.

Spotify ｜UX Designer

Redefined Spotify’s CMS within a much larger ecosystem of internal tools, with a focus on making complex expert workflows clearer and more coherent. Research across around 20 teams and mapping of 32 surrounding systems helped uncover recurring user needs, dependencies, pain points and gaps in the existing product landscape. I translated those findings into product concepts, information architecture and detailed expert workflows, while also helping define product scope and priorities. In parallel, I established reusable UX patterns and a design system to create greater consistency across the experience and support future product development.

Worked as a UX Designer on the digitalisation of a healthcare process. The solution supported healthcare professionals in administering, planning and conducting patient sessions through a timeline of events and clinical documentation features. For patients, it included questionnaires, an overview of the care process and communication with their healthcare provider. I developed the initial concept in close collaboration with the Product Owner and users.

Designed and specified key journeys for C More’s new cross-platform streaming service. I took product ideas from early workshops and impact mapping through interaction concepts, prototypes, user testing and detailed implementation requirements. A significant part of the work focused on commercially important journeys such as onboarding, subscription purchase and package changes, balancing ease of use with conversion, retention and technical constraints. I also coordinated technical investigations and worked with UX and development teams across platforms to keep the experience coherent across devices and help reduce the gap between UX and development.

LRF Konsult ｜UX Designer

Worked on designing an internal system for generating contract pricing for LRF’s customers based on different customer profiles. The solution also included an administrative interface for creating complex pricing models and corresponding questions based on business logic. I worked closely with the Product Owner and developers on a new concept with an intuitive interface for sales staff and a flexible, easy-to-manage solution for administrators. I created an interactive prototype and conducted usability testing of both the admin and user interfaces.
Sokigo/Tekis ｜UX Designer / Requirements Analyst

Worked as a UX Designer and Requirements Analyst on a new version of Sokigo/Tekis’ comprehensive case management system, used by more than 120 municipalities. I was part of an agile development team and helped integrate UX activities into the team’s way of working, bringing user research, prototyping and usability testing closer to the development process. I worked closely with the Product Owner and users on requirements analysis, concept development, prototyping and requirements specifications for development. I also helped increase user involvement in the project and defined UX patterns and accessibility requirements for the system.
DEKRA Industrial ｜UX Designer

Led a broad discovery and concept-design assignment to define a more coherent operational platform for DEKRA Industrial. I researched users across locations, roles and technical disciplines and mapped the processes and information connecting customers, inspection objects, assignments, planning and field work. I translated the findings into a common system model, workflows and a validated concept that provided a foundation for procurement and further development.

I worked with a healthcare startup developing a mobile app designed to support patients alongside conventional treatment through information, motivation and ongoing support. The product was developed in a regulated healthcare environment under the EU Medical Device Regulation, which placed clear demands on both usability and requirements. My work included user research, requirements analysis, interaction design, prototyping and usability testing. I translated patient needs, clinical requirements and business constraints into clear interaction flows and interfaces, validated solutions with users and created the visual design.
Swedish Pensions Agency ｜UX Designer

I conducted a discovery study of the Swedish Pensions Agency’s case management system, focusing on how well the existing solution supported complex day-to-day casework. I mapped the current state, key user groups, workflows and needs through interviews, observations and data analysis. Working iteratively, I facilitated workshops, explored alternative structures and tested concepts with users. The work resulted in a new information architecture and a concept that better reflected caseworkers’ mental models, reduced friction in core tasks and provided a clearer foundation for future development.

I explored current reporting needs, user challenges and existing ways of working to understand where information was difficult to access or interpret. The work helped clarify key user needs, opportunities for improvement and principles for how statistics and reporting could be structured to better support users in finding, understanding and working with educational data.

I also contributed to integrating UX more closely into the team’s agile way of working.
