With 19 years of experience working with complex digital products, professional tools and business-critical systems, I combine hands-on UX and interaction design with Product Ownership, requirements and product decision-making. I work across product ownership and design, from discovery, research and requirements through design, prioritisation and implementation. I’m used to taking broad responsibility for shaping both what should be built and how it should work, with a strong focus on users, workflows, business needs and technical constraints. I work closely with developers and domain experts, using AI tools throughout my process to help turn complex problems into clear priorities, workable solutions and products that can evolve over time.
